Atlantic-Meeco frames offer the optimum solution for inland sites where the objective is to keep the quality high, the investment low, and the return greater. Classic modular design and multiple options make it a custom fit for your aesthetic, functional, and financial objectives. Precision-manufactured frames are factory cut and punched within the tightest tolerances, assuring correct assembly with minimal effort. Frame design is box truss with a 12" or 17 1/2" depth, utilizing minimum 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 3/16" angle hot-dipped galvanized after fabrication. Frames can be bolted "end to end" and "side to side" using factory punched holes.

Materials and Construction Minimal Requirements
Sub-Structural Steel Frames:

Structural angle members are not less than 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 3/16" angle.

Box truss frames are hot-dipped galvanized with a 2 oz. mill coating in accordance with ASTM 123.

All structural frame bolts are a minimum of 1/2" diameter. Bolts and bolt hardware are hot-dipped galvanized coated. Bolts shall be SAE J429 Grade 5 in accordance to ASTM A449.

All bolt holes are standard sized round holes to fit standard bolts.

Vertical and horizontal angles are provided at ends of frames and at all load transfer divisions between side trusses (max. 4' between load transfer trussing).

Connections between frames (end to end, side to side, side to end) have total contact between all horizontal and all vertical angles to provide 100% load transfer at all connections.
